Grilled Haloumi , spinach leaves, black & green olives, few mint leaves, cherry tomatoes & lemon Mayo in a warm tortilla wrap.
…An easy zingy lunch time filler…Opt for it at dinner time with sweet potato wedges and/ or oily side salad. Digest afterwards with a warm cup of organic peppermint tea. Nom Noms.
* for the lemon mayo I added a squeeze of lemon juice from a fresh lemon to the mayo. A lovely zing accompanied with the grilled Haloumi.
