Grilled ReFried Pinto Beans Multi-Seed Tortilla!

Grill a multi seed (or regular) Large Tortilla topped with Habanero hot sauce, Refried Pinto Beans, 1 diced Red Bell Pepper, Jalapenoes, and Grated Cheddar!

Once the cheeese has melted remove from the grill and top with Fresh homemade Guacamole, Sour Cream & Fresh Lettuce!

Roll up your fat messy Tortilla (you will defo have to eat this mega tasty filling meal with a knife and fork) OR if I had thought it through, I would of grilled it on some tinfoil so I could of rolled it and ate with my hands… This is a great fast healthy nutritious spicy meal! The fresh toppings added to it after it had been grilled really give it that cool edge.

Just made Spinach, Banana, Strawberry and Orange Breakfast Smoothie. Two big handfuls of fresh spinach leaves, two small bananas, 5 Strawberries and enough OJ to cover (organic, smooth, not from concentrate OJ!) Blend until thick with no lumps and viola! The best bit is the orange juice absorbs the iron in the spinach too!!!

Salads are so underestimated! Mexican influenced salad, served with a tortilla and a good (optional) hot sauce. Salad: cubed mild cheddar, cubed ripe avocado, fresh spinach leaves chopped and de-stemmed, diced red bell pepper, chopped vine tomato & jalapeños tossed in olive oil, Cajun spice and mixed herbs. Too Yummy. Wash down with orange juice to absorb the iron in the spinach leaves.

My own thigh, butt & tum homemade natural scrub!!! This noticeably effective once (maybe twice) a week scrub is made up of olive oil, sea salt and a small squeeze of honey & lemon juice to invigorate the skin. This is sort of oily messy but well worth it! Now, before applying your scrub, dry bush your whole bosy (I use a hard brush but a dry facecloth will do, a brush is better though) and brush in rotation from your legs up to your arms, working your way towards your heart. This is something I learned when working in a health shop, and it is BRILLIANT for getting the blood to your skin and AMAZING for those lumps and bumps!
Now, Vigorously rub the scrub into your butt cheeks, thighs and tummy for a good minute or two and then BEFORE getting into the shower wipe away with a towel as it can be VERY SLIPPY coming off in the shower so BE CAREFUL!!! As I am doing now, after prepping my scrub, apply free range egg White, discard the yoke, to your face ( it works like a hardening face mask) this will tighten your pores and leave your skin super clear and soft. Wash off in the shower. Relax on the couch with a cup of detox herbal tea until your face mask is good and tight ( I leave it on about ten mins) then go and apply your scrub, have a shower with your favourite shower gel and feel amazing!!
