Nacho Chips / Mini Taco’s individually topped with refried beans, guacamole, sour cream, grated cheddar cheese & jalapeño’s then grilled!!!! Serious noms!!!!Burrito Bowl!!
Crisp lettuce, Wholegrain Rice, Diced yellow bell pepper and Red kidney beans simply Sauteéd in mixed herbs and smoked paprika, Grated mild cheddar, jalepenós, homemade guacamole, cool soured cream & habanero hot sauce! Once layered into a bowl get a fork dig in!

Mashed Potatoes with fresh garlic & Spring Onions (with olive oil and not butter) thinly sliced sautéed garlic mushrooms, Zangy Beetroot Salad & an Organic Lentil, Aduki Bean, Quinoa & Spinach Patty! (Health shop bought)
Grilled ReFried Pinto Beans Multi-Seed Tortilla!
Grill a multi seed (or regular) Large Tortilla topped with Habanero hot sauce, Refried Pinto Beans, 1 diced Red Bell Pepper, Jalapenoes, and Grated Cheddar!
Once the cheeese has melted remove from the grill and top with Fresh homemade Guacamole, Sour Cream & Fresh Lettuce!
Roll up your fat messy Tortilla (you will defo have to eat this mega tasty filling meal with a knife and fork) OR if I had thought it through, I would of grilled it on some tinfoil so I could of rolled it and ate with my hands… This is a great fast healthy nutritious spicy meal! The fresh toppings added to it after it had been grilled really give it that cool edge.
Grilled Haloumi, Sliced Avocado, Fresh Spinach, Crisp Red Bell Pepper & Creme Freiche in a Multi-Seed Tortilla wrap.
Salads are so underestimated! Mexican influenced salad, served with a tortilla and a good (optional) hot sauce. Salad: cubed mild cheddar, cubed ripe avocado, fresh spinach leaves chopped and de-stemmed, diced red bell pepper, chopped vine tomato & jalapeños tossed in olive oil, Cajun spice and mixed herbs. Too Yummy. Wash down with orange juice to absorb the iron in the spinach leaves.
Vegan Olive Tofu & ButterBean Salad!
Olive Tofu cubed, butter beans, cherry tomatoes, scallions, skinned cucumber, roasted almonds, kalamata olives & rocket all tossed together simply in basil olive oil.
